Event Format
This edition includes an extended weekend program, allowing more time for networking, judging and community gathering.
Day 1 – Official Drop-off
Participants personally deliver their entries to the official drop-off location.
All products are packaged on-site by the participant to ensure transparency and integrity.
Day 2 – Judging & Community Day
Participants receive judge packs within their selected categories and evaluate all entries.
The extended format allows more time for networking, partner presence and structured evaluation.
Day 3 – Awards & Closing
The final rankings are announced and category winners are revealed.
This edition serves as the flagship stop of the tour and connects directly to the Grand Final pathway.
Qualification
The top 5 entries in each category qualify for the Grand Final in Tilburg.
